We're now in the top 1% of agents in the UK!

We did it! On Friday 12th October 2018, the Property Academy presented its second annual EA Masters event, partnered with Rightmove, providing the biggest estate and lettings agency event to showcase and celebrate excellence in the industry.

The Best Estate Agent Guide shines a light on the top estate agents in the country. It was compiled following the most comprehensive independent assessment of the property industry. Having assessed over 25,000 Estate Agents and using a combination of Data Analysis and Mystery Shopping to determine the very best.

The Best Estate Agent Guide lists and rates individual branches that achieved beyond a certain score for sales and/or lettings. If they meet the score, they are rated as either exceptional, excellent or highly rated. The awards recognised companies/brands – based on the average score of all of their branches. Award winners are shortlisted, finalists, bronze, silver or gold for their size-band and region.

We were delighted to have been awarded Silver for Residential Sales which puts Ashtons in the top 1% of Estate Agents across the country! (there are only 89 branches in the country to have achieved this). Not only this, our Lettings Team was recognised with a Bronze Award putting us in the top 3% of Letting Agents. A remarkable achievement.

With an in-depth analysis of performance data, the criteria is set at a very high standard and the areas looked at were:

  • How well properties are marketed on Rightmove and perform on Rightmove.
  • Actual delivery of the sale or let. Time taken for the listing to go to SSTC and does it actually complete.
  • How good is the customer experience on contacting the agent via email and telephone.
  • Market share.

Performance over a 6-month period was also analysed covering the following:

  • Over 25,000 offices assessed
  • 1 million properties listed at any point in time
  • 1.5 million transactions
  • 25 million leads
  • 1.5 billion property views
  • 50,000 mystery shops
