If you decide to move forward with a property, there are a number of checks which will need to be undertaken and passed in order for you to get the keys. As part of our application process we will complete some of the following: credit checks to see your financial security and past, previous landlord reference, personal reference, previous bank statements, current wage slips, two forms of identification & a recent utility bill.
At the start of your tenancy, you will be asked to complete a standing order form which will take the rent from your account and process through to ourselves. If you know that your rent will be late, speak to us before it is due and we can try to make other arrangements.
