    It’s fair to say that shortage of land opportunities across the region is at an all-time high. Especially those with planning consent.  That said, those who are able to obtain planning permission for development won’t be in short supply of buyers. So, whether you decide to build yourselves or sell on – our database of large to regional builders can be accessed and utilised to achieve maximum market value. The desire to purchase a brand new home, that hasn’t been previously occupied along with the insurance-backed guarantees has pushed prices higher above local resale properties in the same location and sqft. In fact, in some cases, we have seen a 30% surcharge for new build. Opposite shows the New Build Premium for the North West England.
