Since joining Ashtons in Padgate in 2014; Leanne has been dedicated to providing exceptional service in estate agency. Originally from Glasgow she launched her career in the industry in 1999 and graduated with distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University. She has been living in England for the past 25 years currently residing in Lymm with her husband who works in the building trade and their daughter a culinary whiz and up and coming chef. Outside of work you can find her enjoying a refreshing cider and cheering on the Wolves!

Amy is one of the experienced valuers at Padgate sharing her role with Ellie to balance the demands of family life. Known for her eagerness to negotiate sales Amy often jumps in ahead of Leanne and Katy demonstrating her enthusiasm for the process! Recently completing a full refurbishment on a lovely bungalow she has vowed (yet again) this will be her forever home! When she's not at work you can find Amy climbing the Peaks or enjoying the great outdoors while camping in her van.

Katy Massey

Sales Negotiator, Padgate

With 20 years of experience in estate agency, Katy knows Padgate inside and out. With the shortest commute of the company (just across the road) she’s become the local expert! Katy’s passionate about helping clients find their perfect home while providing expert guidance every step of the way. When not assisting buyers and sellers you can find her enjoying time with her loyal dog Ted who loves to explore the parks and curtain twitch at the neighbours.

Ellie Bailey

Property Valuer, Padgate

Ellie, is the other dedicated valuer. She loves valuing properties in the Padgate area. Her favourite part of the job is getting to know her clients’ needs and figuring out their next move. When she’s not at work or juggling her two young boys you’ll find Ellie in her garden building tree swings or digging wildlife ponds for her kids and the frogs or enjoying a scenic pub walk where she can pretend she’s burning calories while really just scouting for a beer.

Maddy Turner

Maddy joined Ashtons Estate Agents as an apprentice; she’s already made a big impact driven by her longstanding passion for the property industry. She is thrilled to learn every aspect of the job and enjoys connecting with potential homeowners as she embarks on this exciting career journey. When she’s not at work Maddy loves hitting the gym and is always planning her next holiday adventure.
