On Friday 25th October Ashtons Estate Agency opened their 2nd St.Helens office on Kiln Lane, Eccleston – there 8th in total. Super League winner Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook and Liverpool FC legend Bruce Grobbelaar joined local MP Michael Haw along with Linzi Prescott from the Steve Prescott Foundation to join in the celebrations. Ashtons Managing Director, Kristian Derrick commented “We have longed to open an office in Eccleston and delighted that so many local residents and familiar faces have spared their time to help us celebrate. We have been operating in St.Helens from our Town centre office since 2011 and have grown to be the towns leading estate agent – we believe that by being local we can guarantee better prices for our homes… which will now benefit the home owners in and around Eccleston”. Ashtons have collected many gifts from local businesses which are available to win through a raffle – prizes such as signed Liverpool and Saint shirts, pro-golf lessons, Haydock Race tickets and much more are up for grabs. Pop into your local office to purchase your ticket, all proceeds are going to the Steve Prescott Foundation.
