Area Guides

Details

There are many different styles of houses many of them constructed between 1900 and 1930, from original period buildings, refurbished properties and newly developed houses made to blend in with the traditional surroundings.Victoria Square lies at the centre of the village with the shopping area at the side of it, including the Forge Shopping Centre. The centre is packed with a number of bars and restaurants including the Red Lion that is believed to date back to the early 1800s, the mulberry tree and many resteraunts including bristro pierre, ego and piccolinos.

If you buy a property in Stockton Heath you are almost certainly guaranteed the area will not lose its traditional charm as most of the centre was made a conservation area in 1988 to retain its character. There is also a large community with an annual walking day held where congregations from the areas churches take to the streets as well as the retiring rose queens and their new replacements. There is also a fair that takes place after the walking day in early July and an annual festival held in the summer. Contact our Stockton Heath branch today to arrange a viewing of properties in the area.
